Think about the winter weather and how different types of soup warm the soul. We will cook once a month and make giant vats of soup to freeze for patrons of the Exchange.
"Soul Soup" is a comforting, nourishing dish often associated with warmth, healing, and emotional comfort. It’s more than just a meal; it’s a metaphor for something that feeds not only the body but also the spirit. A Soul Soup might be made with wholesome ingredients like stock, canned tomatoes, olive oil, spices, legumes... simmered slowly to create a rich, flavorful broth. The key to its essence is the care and love put into its preparation, which makes it feel like a cozy hug in a bowl.
